What is the purpose of this training?
The purpose of CROSS BOX training is the physical body development – strength, endurance, flexibility, speed, coordination, precision and increasing the capacity of the cardiovascular and respiratory system.
What are we doing during the CROSS BOX workout?
The main principle is diversification. The trainings never repeat! The main part of the workout is at high intensity (it increases your heart rate).
PRO GUIDANCE
The trainings are guided by our professional instructors. Instructors will coach you through a proper performance of the exercise technique and will help you choose the “working weight”

During the workout we use:
— free weights – dumbbells, bars, weight plates, kettlebells, slam balls
— equipment – Woodway Curve treadmills, Assault Airbike bikes, Concept2 indoor rowing equipment
— body weight – pull-ups, push-ups, squats, jumping, running
