ROUNDS
Dynamic class with the elements of boxing and martial arts, combined with functional training. It's held in small groups of up to 4 people in each in a modern functional room that gives the workout a special vibe due to its unusual lighting and music.
The training consists of 6 rounds (5 minutes each) with 2-minute breaks in between.
It's the fastest and most fun way to train your endurance, strength, mobility, balance, and agility in one training.

You decide on the intensity and length of the workout - you can join and leave the training at any round, that way your training can last from just 5 minutes to an hour. We use boxing gloves or bandages during this workout, but don't worry if you don't have those yet - your task is to come, we will take care of everything else!
