Hey! My name is Paula, and I am People Fitness group class trainer!

I’ve worked in People Fitness since the first day our Imanta’s club opened its doors, and is why this place is very special for me.

I am a Les Mills group class trainer, and my favourite group classes definitely are SH’BAM, BODYCOMBAT and BODYBALANCE.

My path in sport started when I was only 4 years old, I spent 7 years practising artistic gymnastics, and 5 years in Riga Choreography School. That is why I want to share my experience and knowledge with everyone who is eager to know something new, and maintain healthy balance between their overall health and physical condition.

If I am not at the gym, then I am definitely just sleeping, or I like to spend my free time in the arms on Mother nature. I also like to cook, because without healthy food there might not be any results. The most important part – I am a big dog fan with my two French bulldogs which make my life so colourful.
